RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting ("AGM") of
shareholders held earlier today, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolutions proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolutions that require lodging will be lodged for registration
with CIPC in due course.
