TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the
financial results for the next period to be reported on will vary by 20% or more
from those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are therefore accordingly advised that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that for the financial results for the year ended 29 February
2012, the earnings per share and headline earnings per share is expected to be
between 0.92 cents and 1.08 cents compared to the loss per share and headline
loss per share of 0.8 cents in the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are further advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the net asset value per share for the year ended 29 February 2012 is
expected to be between 9.08 cents and 10.88 cents when compared to the net asset
value per share of 9.0 cents in the previous corresponding period.
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors
of m Cubed.
