RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of CMH shareholders was held at 15:00 on
Thursday, 31 May 2012.
The purpose of the AGM was to consider the resolutions as set out in the CMH
notice of AGM. All of the resolutions tabled at the general meeting were duly
passed.
The special resolutions (where applicable) will be sent to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission for filing in due course.
