SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are advised of the following:
A creditor of the company has perfected a cession of debtors and in terms of
that cession, the company:
* is not allowed to trade and/or perform on current contracts;
* is not allowed to use the money in the bank accounts or any money received
from debtors; and
* the creditor has sent letters to the company`s bankers and debtors laying
claim on all debtors as well as the money in the company`s bank account.
The company has received two applications for liquidation and is imminently
expecting a third liquidation application from a major creditor.
At this point in time, the board is considering all its options with the
possibility existing that it will not oppose the liquidation applications.
Accordingly, the company has requested the JSE to suspend trading in its
securities with immediate effect.
