CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Actowers wish to inform shareholders
that Mr Nick van der Mescht has resigned as an Executive Director with
effect from 30 May 2012.
The Board wishes to thank Nick for his input and contribution to the Board
during his tenure with the Company and wish him success for the future.
