DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT DISPOSALS AND ACQUISITION OF MOBILE ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Mobile has received formal notification that the Neejay Trust and the Ceejay
Trust have collectively disposed of their entire 23.77% holding in the ordinary
issued shares of the company.
Simultaneously, Mobile has also received formal notification that Commlife
Holdings (Pty) Ltd`s nominee, Robatsi Genesis Investments 24 (Pty) Ltd, has
acquired 23.77% of the ordinary issued shares of the company.
