CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BUSINESS UPDATE
Debenture holders are advised that Mr. Albert Gourley has resigned as chief
executive officer of Sallies with effect from 1 June 2012. We thank Albert for
his leadership, contribution and advice and wish him well with his future plans.
Fluormin Plc ("Fluormin"), the holding company of Sallies has engaged financial
advisors to assist it with a review of its Witkop Mine. During this review
process, Fluormin will consult with its key local stakeholders whilst Fluormin
continues to evaluate options to reduce costs.
