29 February 2012 were published on the Company`s website (www.metmar.com) and
dispatched to shareholders on 29 May 2012.
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited abridged
financial results which were published on SENS on 26 April 2012.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at
Metmar`s registered office, 24 Sloane Street, Bryanston, Sandton, on Wednesday,
1 August 2012, at 09h30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice, forming part of the annual report.
