UPDATE TO THE MANDATORY OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the `Posting of Circular and Important Dates and
Times` announcement released on SENS on 23 March 2012 and to the circular
dated 23 March 2012 regarding, inter alia, the mandatory offer ("the
Circular"), and are advised that due to unforeseen circumstances, payment of
the mandatory offer consideration has been delayed.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is committed to resolving the
matter and accordingly, payment of the mandatory offer consideration, which
is in the process of being finalised, will be made in due course.
Shareholders are advised that, as set out in the Circular, interest on the
mandatory offer consideration is payable to offer participants, being
minority shareholders who validly and lawfully accepted the mandatory offer
by the mandatory offer closing date, and who are thus entitled to receive the
mandatory offer consideration, from the 30th business day following the
change in control date, being 15 April 2011, until the date of payment.
