Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 21
September 2011 and 31 May 2011 and the circular issued to shareholders on 3
November 2011, regarding the option granted to Matuson, an appointed
restructuring officer.
Shareholders are advised that the option has now lapsed.
