Annual report
Shareholders are advised the company`s integrated annual report, incorporating
the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011, was
despatched on Thursday, 31 May 2012 and contains no changes to the reviewed
results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 29 March 2012.
Annual general meeting
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be
held at Island Office Park, 35 - 37 Island Circle, Riverhorse Valley, Durban, on
Wednesday, 27 June 2012 at 12h00.
The record date in terms of Section 59 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as
amended, for shareholders to be recorded on the securities register of the
company in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is
