Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance with regard
to the possible distribution by the STANLIB Exchange Traded Fund ("ETF") to
holders of the STANLIBSX ETF securities for the quarter ending 30 June 2012.
Last day to trade "cum" distribution Friday, 22 June 2012
Securities trade "ex" distribution Monday, 25 June 2012
Record date Friday, 29 June 2012
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between Monday, 25
June 2012 and Friday, 29 June 2012, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the payment date
will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days after the record date.
