In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that as a consequence of the private placing
undertaken by Annuity and the subsequent allocation of shares, the Company
has received formal notification in the prescribed form that the beneficial
shareholding of the following shareholders of Annuity, who were shareholders
prior to the private placement, have all reduced to below 5%:

Barbara Ettin Revocable Trust
Vexma Properties 183 Proprietary Limited
Levfrie Trust
Simultaneously, the company has been advised that the following shareholders
have acquired a beneficial interest in the company:
