Shareholders are advised that a major creditor applied for an urgent provisional
liquidation order on Friday, 1 June 2012, at 14h00. The company was placed under
provisional winding-up with the return day three months hence.
Shareholders will be advised of the identity of the provisional liquidator(s) as
soon as he/she/they have been appointed and will be kept informed of the
situation.
