DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to VODACOM GROUP
LIMITED (VOD) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 450 cents per VODNNF share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 25 June 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. No
STC credits utilized. This results in a net dividend of 382.50 cents per share
instalment. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 15 June 2012. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 18 June 2012. The record date
will be Friday, 22 June 2012.
