Further to the announcement published on SENS on 7 May 2012, applications
totalling ZAR 4,172,356.39 were received.
The Initial Issue Price of a Commodity Index Note is
ZAR 4090.55, determined as the Rand equivalent of the Initial Offer Price per
Commodity Index Note, determined and calculated on 1 June 2012 using the
ZAR/USD exchange rate of 8.5873/1.
Accordingly, 1,020 Commodity Index Notes have been approved for listing by
the JSE Limited ("JSE") on the main board in the JSE`s ETN sub-sector, with
effect from Monday, 11 June 2012.
