RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING REGARDING THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC OFFER TO
REPURCHASE SHARES
Mpact shareholders are advised that the necessary special resolution relating to
the specific authority to repurchase shares and the ordinary resolution to make
and implement an odd-lot offer were approved by the requisite majority of votes
at a general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 5 June 2012. The special
resolution relating to the adoption of memorandum of incorporation, which was
approved by the requisite majority of votes at the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on the same day, will be registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission and a finalisation announcement confirming the
registration thereof will be released on SENS on or about Friday, 22 June 2012.
