DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS AND SECTION 122 NOTICE
Shareholders are referred to the Intended Dealings in Securities by
Directors announcement released on SENS on 22 May 2012 ("the Intended
Dealings Announcement") and are advised that Trustee Board Investments (Pty)
Ltd ("TBI") accepted the mandatory offer made by The Lion Match Company
(Pty) Ltd to the minority shareholders of Beige on 4 June 2012. The effects
of the TBI acceptance on the interests of directors in the securities of the
company are disclosed in the Intended Dealings Announcement.
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Beige
confirms having received notification from TBI in accordance with Section
122 of the Companies Act, 2008 to the effect that TBI has disposed of its
15.26% interest in the issued ordinary share capital and 71.22% interest in
the issued preference share capital of Beige and that it accordingly no
longer holds any interest in either the issued ordinary or preference share
capital of Beige.
