The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 6 June 2012 relating to the issue by Anglo American
Capital plc of EUR750,000,000 2.750 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 7 June
2019 guaranteed by Anglo American plc (the "Notes"), under the
U.S.$10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Offering
Circular dated 19 March 2012 relating to the Programme.
