APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors of JDH advise that Dennis De Boer & Associates resigned as the
Company`s Company Secretary with effect from 5 June 2012. The Board of
Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of CL Tromp as the new
Company Secretary of JDH with effect from 5 June 2012.
