LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 800,000
NewGold debentures at an issue price of R134.00 per additional debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 7,760 fine troy ounces of
gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 130,036,300 NewGold debentures in
issue, referencing approximately 1,261,336 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
