The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the auditor`s
report on the above company`s Reviewed Provisional Results for the year ended 31
December 2011 has been disclaimed. The company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT
system has been annotated with a "D" to indicate that the auditor`s report is
disclaimed. Furthermore, the JSE will consider the continued suspension and
possible subsequent termination of the company`s listing.
