We are pleased to advise that Mr Theodore Vorster B Com (Hons), CA(SA), who has
10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, has been
appointed Financial Director of Indequity effective 5 June 2012.
Indequity shareholders are further advised of the resignation of Ms Samistha
Haripersad as Company Secretary of the Company effective on 05 June 2012. Ms
Haripersad now assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer and Ms Dominique
Deoraj has been appointed Company Secretary of Indequity effective 05 June 2012.
