At the combined general meeting of the ordinary and preference shareholders of
the Company held today, 7 June 2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
At the separate meeting of the preference shareholders of the Company held
today, 7 June 2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
