ACQUISITIONS OF TRANSACTION CAPITAL ORDINARY SHARES BY DIRECTORS OF TRANSACTION
CAPITAL AND ITS MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES AND THEIR ASSOCIATES
Pursuant to the offer (incorporating the staff option) in terms of the Pre-
listing statement in respect of offer shares dated 21 May 2012 published by
Transaction Capital, the following directors (or their associates as defined in
the JSE Listings Requirements) acquired Transaction Capital ordinary shares,
through off market transactions on Thursday, 7 June 2012, at an offer price of
R8.00 per Transaction Capital ordinary share.
The required clearance to deal has been obtained by the directors of Transaction
Capital and its major subsidiaries, except in the case of dealings by associates
of such directors where this requirement does not apply. In terms of the JSE
Listings Requirements, directors referred to in this announcement include the
Company Secretary of Transaction Capital and its major subsidiaries.
