RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Basil Read shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
the Company held today, 7 June 2012, at the Basil Read Campus, 7 Romeo Street,
Hughes Extension, Boksburg, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting contained in the 2011 annual financial statements, were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
