entered into an agreement with Sandown Capital (Pty) Limited ("Sandown
Capital"), a major shareholder in Afdawn, to purchase from Sandown Capital
13 300 000 Afdawn shares held by Sandown Capital. Jacques Groenewald, a
director of Afdawn, is also a shareholder and director of Shock Proof
Investment 20 (Pty) Limited.
In compliance with the terms of paragraph 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Company hereby discloses the following
director`s dealings in the Company`s shares:
