RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of Anglo American Platinum
Limited wishes to announce the resignation of Sarita Martin as Company
Secretary, for personal reasons, with effect from 30 June 2012.
An announcement will be made in due course in connection with the appointment of
a Company Secretary.
