LISTING DELAY - Postponement of Salient dates
Further to the SENS announcement dated 18 May 2012, shareholders are
advised that although all the conditions precedent to the conclusion of the
reverse listing transaction have been met, there is an administrative delay
in the obtaining of one of the final documents required to be provided to
the JSE in terms of paragraph 16.12 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, the lifting of the suspension, the change of name on the JSE
list and the listing of Mine Restoration Investments Limited (formerly
Capricorn) on the AltX, which was set to take place on Monday, 11 June
2012, will be delayed. It is anticipated that this will be resolved in a
matter of a few days.
The Company will keep the JSE and shareholders appraised of progress made
in obtaining the final documents and similarly announce revised salient
dates in due course.
