(SYC) VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT - SYCIVC
The Directors of Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited have declared a final
distribution of 85.61 cents per unit. Due to this distribution the strike
price of the above warrant will be adjusted and the announcement thereof
will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 25 June
2012.
