CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Dr. Jon Rothbart is emigrating and
has as a result, resigned as non-executive director from the board with effect
from 08 June 2012.
The Company wishes Dr. Rothbart well in his new endeavor and also thanks him for
his valuable contribution during his tenure with Jasco.
