CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Huge announces the resignation of Mr KD Jarvis from the board of
directors of the Company with effect from 8 June 2012.
Mr Jarvis served as the Lead Independent Non-executive Director of the
Company from 1 September 2008, and was initially appointed to assist Huge in
a number of key areas in which he has specialised knowledge, namely:
* The implementation of appropriate corporate governance structures;
* The adoption of high standards of corporate governance;
* The re-focusing of the business in a sector which has experienced
tremendous turmoil over the past few years; and
* The discontinuing of non-core assets from the business with the
corresponding reduction in costs associated with these assets.
With the Group having achieved a significant turnaround in operational
performance during the previous financial year and recent market forces
shaping the industry to the Company`s advantage, Mr Jarvis has decided that
the time has come for him to seek new challenges and opportunities.
The Company thanks Mr Jarvis for his valued contribution over the past few
years, and wishes him every success in his new endeavours.
