Sale of Gateway Carrier Services
On 31 May 2012, the Group entered into an agreement to sell certain
investments, supplier agreements and assets of Gateway Carrier Services1,
which forms part of Vodacom Business Africa Group (Pty) Limited, to PCCW
Global Limited for a cash consideration of US$26.4 million on a cash-free-
debt-free basis. The agreement will only become effective following the
fulfilment of certain closing conditions set out in the agreement.
