RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 April 2012 ("Initial
Cautionary") and subsequent updates released on SENS on 8 and 14 May 2012 and 5
June 2012, unitholders are advised that in line with the JSE Listings
Requirements the Initial Cautionary is renewed and, accordingly, unitholders are
still required to continue exercising caution when trading in SA Corporate`s
units until a further announcement has been made.
