FINANCIAL EFFECTS ON THE ACQUISITION OF MONKS COWL COUNTRY CLUB AND LODGE AND
WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
1 INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 26 April 2012
where it was announced that Gooderson has acquired Monks Cowl Country Club
and Lodge ("Monks Cowl"). A formal agreement has now been entered into
between the Dumazulu Kraal (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Gooderson and the seller.
2 UNAUDITED PRO FORMA FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE ACQUISITION
The pro forma financial effect on the earnings, headline earnings, net
assets and net tangible assets per share are below 3% and are considered
insignificant.
3 WITH DRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 26 April
2012 and are advised that they no longer need to continue exercising
caution in dealing in the company`s securities on the JSE.
