Following the revised firm intention announcement published on SENS on 18 May
2012, shareholders are advised that a director and approved executive of
designated advisor have agreed to accept, in whole or in part, the mandatory
offer to minority shareholders of 9 cents per ordinary share and R1.79 per
preference share ("the mandatory offer"). In compliance with rules 3.63 - 3.74
of the JSE Listing Requirements, the acceptance of the mandatory offer in the
securities of the company is disclosed:
