REMGRO LIMITED CORPORATE ACTION- ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES ("EDS")
As a result of the Remgro Limited ("REM") corporate action announcement made on
31 May 2012, whereby The Board of REM resolved to distribute 26687288 shares in
Impala Platinum Holdings Limited ("IMP") to its ordinary shareholders by way of
an in-specie special dividend, on 25 June 2012 (Payment Date):
REMIDI holders will be entitled to receive 5.16582 IMP shares for every 100 REM
shares held on 22 June 2012 (Record Date), with the last date to trade being 15
June 2012.
In line with this action, Investec Bank Limited, as Calculation Agent of REMIDI,
will pay the cash equivalent of 5.16582 IMP shares per 100 REMIDI calculated off
the closing price of IMP on the 21 June 2012, to be paid on 25 June 2012 via
STRATE.
