SHARES FROM THE JSE LIMITED
Shareholders are advised that the company`s board is considering a possible
delisting of the company`s shares from the JSE Limited. Any delisting proposal
would be accompanied by a cash offer (at a price which was verified by an
independent expert as being fair) to be made to all shareholders who wish to
monetise their investment in the company. Discussions in this regard are ongoing
and accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares in the company.
