CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 2 May 2012 regarding the
passing away of Mr Thys Visser, the board of Mediclinic announces the
appointment of Mr Jannie Durand, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer
of Remgro Limited, as a non-executive director of the company with effect
from 7 June 2012. Mr Durand will represent Remgro Limited, which owns 43.4%
of Mediclinic`s issued shares.
The board of Mediclinic welcomes Mr Durand as a director and look forward to
his contribution.
