CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEE COMPOSITION OF EXXARO
RESOURCES LIMITED
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders of diversified resources group Exxaro Resources Limited are
advised that Dr Mohamed Fazel Randera was appointed as a non-executive
director to the Board of Directors of Exxaro ("the Board") with effect from
13 June 2012.
The Board welcomes Dr Randera to the team.
Shareholders are further advised of the following Board Committee changes
effective from 13 June 2012. Mr Jurie Johannes Geldenhuys was appointed to
the Audit Committee to replace Mr Nkululeko Leonard Sowazi. Dr Deenadayalen
Konar was appointed as member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee
and Mrs Salukazi Dakile-Hlongwane was appointed to the Sustainability, Risk
and Compliance Committee.
