the shareholder meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Toronto Stock
Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange have suspended the trading in First
Uranium shares until the joint meeting of the First Uranium note holders and
Mine Waste Solutions note holders and the meeting of the First Uranium debenture
holders have been finalised and the results announced.
