DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Investec Asset
Management Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("Investec Asset Management") has
notified Cashbuild that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary
shares of the company, such that the total beneficial interest of Cashbuild
securities held by Investec Asset Management is now 9.86% of the total issued
Cashbuild securities.
