CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Mediclinic hereby announces that Mr Joseph Cohen will retire
as a director of the company on 26 July 2012. Mr Cohen, representing
Trilantic Capital Partners who holds a 6.01% equity interest in Mediclinic,
served as a non-executive director of Mediclinic since 2008 and as a member
of the company`s Investment Sub-committee since 2010. The Board is thankful
for his valuable contribution as a director.
