SUPPLEMENT TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
Shareholders are advised that the company has today, (14 June 2012) posted a
Supplement to the Annual General Meeting notice, which supplement contains
additional special resolutions relating to the following:
1. Authority to provide financial assistance in terms of section 44 of the
Companies Act; and
2. An additional clause for inclusion in the Memorandum of Incorporation
which provides for security holders (other than those holding equity
shares) to convene and hold meetings based on specific terms and
conditions set out in the document(s) in terms of which such securities
are issued.
