SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked
unitholders are advised that the company has received notification from
The Liberty Life Group ("Liberty Life") of:
- the acquisition, on 11 June 2012, of Rebosis linked units, such that
Liberty Life`s total beneficial interest in the company on the day
increased to 5.04% of the issued capital of Rebosis; and
- the disposal, on 12 June 2012, of Rebosis linked units, such that
Liberty Life`s total beneficial interest in the company reduced to
4.44% of the issued capital of Rebosis.
