In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that, Mr Sipho Maseko has stepped down from the Board of Vodacom
Group and Vodacom (Pty) Limited with effect from today, 14 June 2012.
Vodacom Group Chairman, Peter Moyo, said: "Sipho has made a positive
contribution to Vodacom during his time with the Group, providing valuable
external perspective to our strategy discussions. On behalf of the entire Group,
I wish Sipho the best of luck for the future."
