UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Angel Diamonds Proprietary Limited ("Angel Diamonds") (in liquidation)
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 April 2012.
At the hearing of the First and Second interdict application in the High Court
of Lesotho on 11 June 2012 of Case Number CIV/APN/664/2010 ("the Case") to,
inter alia, prevent the Minister of Natural Resources of Lesotho and others to
proceed with the granting of a Mining Lease to any other entity until the Angel
Diamonds` application has been considered and the finalisation of the Main Case
(Case Number CIV/APN/333/2010), the Honourable Judge postponed judgement to 30
August 2012 in the interlocutory application for security for costs against
Messrs Mosebo and Engelbrecht in the Case.
The hearing in the Case has been set down for 10 and 11 December 2012 and the
Honourable Judge has approved that the record in the Main Case become part of
the record in the Case.
