CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Silverbridge ("the Board") hereby notifies
its shareholders that Mr Litha Gcwabe has been appointed as a non-executive
director with effect from 13 June 2012.
Litha is the current executive manager of investments at Kagiso Tiso Holdings
Proprietary Limited, a Silverbridge BEE partner, and has held this position
since July 2011. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with articles from
Deloitte. He further holds a Certificate in Corporate and securities law (cum
laude) from the University of South Africa. Litha has extensive corporate
finance experience through various position he held during his career.
The board welcomes Litha and looks forward to his contribution to
SilverBridge.
