CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Control Instruments has entered into
discussions with a complementary unlisted business regarding the possible
sale of its OEM subsidiary, Pi Shurlok (Pty) Limited, which if successfully
concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s
securities.
The Group`s stated strategy is to reposition the Group as a predominantly
automotive aftermarket business and, if successful, this transaction will
allow the Group to further reduce its dependence on its OEM business.
Shareholders of Control Instruments are accordingly advised to exercise
caution when dealing in their Control Instruments shares until a further
announcement is made.
