RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Datacentrix held
today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting
were passed, with the exception of ordinary resolution number 5: "Approval to
issue ordinary shares and to sell treasury shares for cash", which was not
approved by the requisite majority (75%) of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
